Commercial Facilities and Property Management

Much like our residential property management services we understand everyone is different, so we strive to understand what is important to you and how we can meet your needs. By offering a tailored property management package to suit your needs. Our Commercial Property Management Services can be tailored to include Financial management, projections, and budget forecasting, as well as Facilities Management and Caretaker Services.

Facilities Management services can include but is not limited to:

  • Arrange for appropriately qualified contractors to undertake routine repairs and maintenance of the common property. We can arrange these repairs through our internal property maintenance arm or through external contractors if you prefer;

  • By offering our internal property maintenance services we ensure all maintenance contracts/repairs/routine servicing offers value for money for the building owners;
    .
  • Monthly building reports on the state of the building and facilities including any issues that may have risen, action taken and any recommendations;
    .
  • Supervise externally contracted service providers to ensure that their services are properly carried out, and ensuring that all contract service work has been adequately carried out before recommending that invoices are paid;

  • Receive and deal with enquiries, correspondence requests, and complaints regarding the building, property, and facilities;

  • Negotiation of all service contracts for all common areas;
    .
  • Conduct regular occupational health and safety inspections and conduct site-specific contractor inductions;
    .
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the building to ensure it is well maintained and to be the eyes on the ground and the face your tenants know;

  • Caretaker services can be discussed and included in a property management agreement.
